TeleMetriX provides a low-cost means of capturing 3D geometry of facilities or objects such as buildings and structures via 2D drawings or photographs. TeleMetriX allows users to model AEC facilities without the use of expensive surveying and photogrammetry equipment. TeleMetriX supports user defined modeling constraints (orientation, axis, dimensions, and location) for creation of 3D geometry. The photogrammetry interface allows user input from photos utilizing a digitizing tablet. Average accuracy of data is approximately one (1) part in five hundred (500). TeleMetriX is a MicroStation MDL application which requires MicroStation V5, IRIX 5.x, and a digitizer tablet.
